Justin Brouckaert's prose and poetry has appeared in Bat City Review, The Rumpus, Passages North, DIAGRAM, Catapult, NANO Fiction and Smokelong Quarterly, among other publications. His poetry chapbook SKIN was published by Corgi Snorkel Press in 2016. Other creative work has been nominated for Best of the Net, the Queen's Ferry Press Best Small Fictions anthology, a storySouth Millions Writer Award and a Pushcart Prize, and his journalism has appeared in the Detroit News and the Midland Daily News.
Justin holds a bachelor's degree in English from Saginaw Valley State University and a Master of Fine Arts in Fiction from the University of South Carolina, where he held the James Dickey Fellowship and served as editor of Yemassee.
Justin lives and writes in the greater New York City area, where he's at work on a novel and a short story collection.
